All orders are packed and shipped in-house by our team. We don’t outsource this part of the process. What leaves our door reflects the same standard we hold for everything we make.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

Delivery to Canada typically takes 7–14 business days.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50.

We offer free shipping on Canadian orders over $100.

We ship via USPS and UPS.

Canadian Orders: Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees once they cross the border. These charges are set by Canadian customs and the carrier, are not included in your order total, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Issues

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
